She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sargent and Marie Sargent (Gallant); her husband Jack L. Stoffer; her brother Frank Sargent; and her children, Debbie Anderson and Danny Stoffer.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie L. Beatty, David L. Stoffer (Patti), Jodie M. Stoffer, Jay A. Stoffer (Mary), Lisa A. Bottler (Dan) and Bryan D. Stoffer (Angie); and her sister Jane Wachter. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sanders Funeral Home (218 E Nassau St, Canton, OH 44730). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Doris' memory to Refuge of Hope.
