He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Bixler and Elizabeth Bixler; and his brothers, Bruce Bixler Jr. (Gardi Taylor) and Stephen Bixler (Jeannie Samblanet). He is survived by: his son Andrew Bixler; his sisters, Susan Bixler and Joanne Bixler (Ben Clifton); his uncle Jack; and his aunt Fran Rees. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or the American Heart Association.
