He was predeceased by: his wife Cara Slutz (Hoffman); his children, Jennifer L. Slutz and Eric A Slutz; his parents, Millie St (Carl) and P. James Slutz (Lois); his siblings, Kenneth J. Slutz, James W. Slutz, Marilynn J. Stamper and Sondra J. Motes; and his stepbrothers, Jonny St. Clair and Dale St. Clair.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Slutz (Shelia), Kevin L. Slutz and Dorothy Clarke (Steve); and his stepsiblings, Ronnie St (Judy), Danny St (Gale) and Linda Walsh. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 23 great-nieces and nephews and four great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
