Eldon A. Yoder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eldon A. Yoder (Canton, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Yoder and Sarah A. Yoder; and his siblings, Norm Yoder, Earl Yoder, Joe Yoder, Lizzie Ann Yoder and Mabel Isenschmid.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Lori Petty, Steve Yoder (Kim), Bob Yoder (Jill) and Shawn Yoder; and his brother Henry Yoder (Nadyne). He is also survived by extended family that includes many sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Paquelet and Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Hills Burial Park (5001 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718).
