She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Issac and Emily Phipps; and her brother Patrick (Janet). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughter Rebecca Lee; her son-in-law Alan; her brother Robert (Jeanie); and her brother-in-law Randall (Vera). She is also survived by many nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
