She is survived by: her children, John Harper (Roni) of Silver Spring, MD, Philip Harper of Plain Township, Steven Harper (Barbara) of Baltimore, MD, Lisa Wright (Stephen) of Severn, MD, Amy Shilling (Don) of Canfield, OH and Julie Harper of Kalispell, MT. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
