She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Harris and Annie Grace Harris (Allen); her siblings, Herman Harris, Edward Harris and Cora Goines; and her great grandchild Gage Zirke.

She is survived by: her husband Fred Lee Tolbert; her children, Celeste Tolbert, Karen Parnell (Michael), Fred Tolbert Jr., Brian Tolbert and Chandra Pannell (Eric); her siblings, Willie James Harris of Fresno, CA and Edith McCrary (Jimmie) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Lucrecia Tolbert-Rogers, Brian M. Tolbert (Tameka), Bianisha Smoot (Tommy), Matthew Parnell (Michelle), Whitney Williams (Trevor), Carmen Parnell, Brittany Fain, Morgan Johnson, Evan Pannell (Marina), Tyler Johnson, Lauren Pannell and Eric Tolbert; her godson Brandyn Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Chyan Rogers, Brianna, Brian Tolbert, Marcus, Mekhi Junius, Amelia, Thomas Smoot III, Wesley Williams and Baby Pannell; her siblings-in-law, Callie Harris, Ida Davis, Lorraine Tolbert and Wales Williams, Sr.; and also, Maggie Fain, Rhonda Black, Tonya Tolbert, Garrick Black II, Joseph McCorvey, Kimberle Temple and Mother Margaret Roberts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
