He is survived by: his wife Diane McIlwain (Woody); his son Craig Lee McIlwain (Marsha); his grandsons, Miles and Devin McIlwain; his nieces and nephews, Floyd Randall McIlwain (Lesley), Richard Saulter (Ramona), Leonard, Patrick Woody, Jeaneen McDaniels (Jeffrey), Tyronia Saulter and Augustine Woody; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Woody, Nadine McIlwain Massey (Bill) and Dwayne Summons (Izora); Pressley Reece McIlwain. He is also survived by many friends. relatives.
