He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Erdely, Sr. and Mary Jane Simmons (Gould); his granddaughter Rebecca Peterson (Gregory); and his stepbrother Howard Bailes. He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Erdely (Robinette); his grandchildren, Jacob, Nora, Samuel and Allyson; and his great grandchildren, Andriel and Arlo. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces ad nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stark County Humane Society.
