Hamilton (Hookey); his children, Aubrey and Avery Hamilton; his brothers, Jeremy Mayle (Stephanie) and Jason Mayle; his stepmother Carol Black; his parents-in-law, Doug and Donna Hookey; and his sister-in-law Vanessa Ohler (Josh). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
