He was predeceased by: his mother Nina Allen; and his brothers, Dan, Bob and Tom. He is survived by: his father William Allen (Bill); his wife Diane Marie Henthorn; his sisters-in-law, Betty, Shirley, Sharon Allen and Cheri Henthorn; and his close friend Rankin. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
