He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Blackburn; his brother Robert Blackburn; and his son Jeffrey Steven. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, George K. Barlow Jr. (Cathleen Young) and Michael Barlow (Caitlin); and his sisters, Charlene Jones (Rick), Debbie McGowan (John), Amie Jones (Bill Allison) and Paula Hoch (Tom). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
