Douglas J Lewis wrote a sympathy message

“I've known him for 50 years from our time at Atwood Lake. He was an Atwood legend. Became closer after I got out of the military and spent a lot of time there. He, my Dad and I spent a lot of time, boating, fishing, drinking and playing bocce ball. Enjoyed all the time spent with him. Loved making fun of his love of Strohs Beer because it is so bad. I'll get together with my Dad, get a six pack of it, and toast to our old buddy Dick. My condolences to Vicky, Rick, Cheryl, Katrina and all.”
