He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hartman and Sarah Hartman (Welch). He is survived by : his sister Charlene Black (Norman Stutler) of Carrollton; his grandson Matthew; his nephews, Shawn Black, Chad Stutler and Charles Stutler; his close friend Diane Woods; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews; great-great-nieces and many other loving family members and friends.
