He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul V. Blythe and Leona B. Blythe (Burns). He is survived by: his wife Stephanie L. Blythe (Cantwell); his son Shawn R. Blythe (Jenni) of Atlantic Highlands, NJ; his siblings, Virginia J. Long (Blythe) of Tipp City, Roy W. Blythe (Anne) of Massillon and Dean E. Blythe (Bessie) of Hopedale; his siblings-in-law, Muriel L. Cantwell of North Canton, Marcia D. Thompson of Yellow Springs and Emerson W. Cantwell of North Canton; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel F. Blythe (Hani) of Aurora, CO and Kathleen B. Pihl (Jordan) of North Grosvenordale, CT. He is also survived by the many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial gifts be made to Perry Christian Church or Timken Family Cancer Center.
