He is survived by: his wife Elayne Page (Ryden); his children, Michelle Page (Catherine Ideus), Shawna Hudson, Travis Page (Dorothea) and Erin Hendrix (Daniel); and his sisters, Krista DePalmo (Joe) and Vicki Shoenfelt. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
