He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Diamantopoulos and Eugenia Diamantopoulos; his wife Sophia Pappas (Pappas); his siblings, Chris (Helen), Nick (Angie), Harry and Freda Miller (Louis); and his stepfather Frank Daglas.
He is survived by: his son Nick (Marcia); his grandsons, Paul (Kate) and Luke (Christine); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Lochlan and Lydia; and his sibling's children, Janet, Leo (Cindy), Emilia, Carolyn, Adam, Louis, Steve (Kim), Stephanie, Alyssa, Wendy (Brian), Chris Sue (Dan), Alexander, Georgeann, Melanie, Mary Ann (Mark), Mark, Carissa, Johnathan (Jessica), Alexis, Gavin and Emma.
The family has suggested that in place of additional flowers, donations can be made to the St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Massillon Ohio Endowment Fund.
