She is survived by: her sons, Tom "Spyder" Van Horn (Shelly) and Shane Davis (Heather); her grandchildren, Josh Van Horn (Jackie), Zachary Van Horn, Kayla Van Horn, Brandon Van Horn, Zoie Sox (Ryan), Sophie Davis, Libbie Davis and Hailey Ware; her great grandchildren, Dominic Van Horn, Addilyn Van Horn, Gunner Van Horn, Tiara Van Horn and Waylon Sox; her brother Ed Zimmerman; and her pet Delilah.
