He is survived by: his wife Carman Koch D'Agostino; his children, Harry John D'Agostino III (Washington DC) and Catherine Kelly D'Agostino of Canton, OH; his siblings, Dee D'Agostino Cassidy (Mike) and Jim D'Agostino (Renee); his siblings-in-law, Janine Neel (Frank), Sheelagh Bingham (Steve), Karl Koch, Mike Cassidy and Renee D'Agostino; his siblings' children, Caroline Cassidy, Parker Cassidy, Lauren D'Agostino, Rachel Ostertag (Neel) and Audrey Neel; his great-niece Sophie; his great-nephew Hans Ostertag; his aunt Joan Buhrmaster (George); his uncle John Weiss; his cousins, Deidre Bulick (Jeff), John Vons (Genie) and Jeff Buhrmaster (Chrissy); and his friends, Clara Ervin and Amaya Gibson. He is also survived by many friends, neighbors.
