He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Whitehouse and Emily Elizabeth Phillips (Sommerville); his wife Phyllis Esther Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips (Ashley Dawson) and Elizabeth Male (Steve); his grandchildren, Deborah Clubb (Isaac), Benjamin, Abigail, Sarah Male, Noah Dodd, Lexi Phillips and Ailyn Phillips; his great grandchild Anna Clubb; and his brothers, William Russsel Phillips (Eleanor) and John Charles Phillips.
