With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helen C. Boyd of Canton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Helen left this world on June 11, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Busnick and Josephine Busnick (Skoda); her husband Bill Boyd; her siblings, Andrew Busnick, Mary Busnick, Elsie Pochubay, Julia Girtler and Anna Hubicki; and her great grandchild Noah.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Boyd, Kathy Figard (Todd), Karen Hutnick (Nick), Rose Croy (Rick) and Brenda Conners (Calvin); her grandchildren, Tiffany (Dan), Kristina, Andrew (Chelsea), Jessica (Sean), Douglas, Kevin, Danielle and Brianna; her great grandchildren, Aniston, Lynn, Layla, Mekhi and Maverick; and her nieces and nephews, Carl Busnick, Gail Keifer, Steve Girtler, Regina Brinkle and Ramona Lashbrook. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nephews.
A rosary will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 4:45 PM at the Rossi Family Funeral Home, Inc. (730 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709). Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (1530 11th St SE, Canton, OH 44707).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mother Cabrini Fund at St. Anthony Church.
