She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Gauer and Helen Gauer; and her siblings, John Gauer, Charles Gauer, Victor Gauer and Mary Bentley.

She is survived by: her significant other Don Appollonio; her children, Paula Rafailedes (Jim Stefancich), John Rafailedes (Patricia) and Rhonda McCahill (Joe); her grandchildren, A. J. Rafailedes, David Rafailedes, Rachelle Mucha, Jon Christian McCahill and Justin McCahill; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Theo, Marian and Ronan. She is also survived by her loving family and friends.
