She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence William Hogsed Sr. and Margaret Stewart Hogsed (Watt); her husband Lynn Markley; her siblings, Lawrence Hodges Jr. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Christine Nichols of Canton, Ohio; her son John Richard Markley; and her grandchildren, Calvin Branch and Kuyper Ferry.
She is survived by: her brother Dr. James Hogsed of Fort Myers, Florida; and her children, Dr. Jerry Markley (Antoinette) of Lafayette, Indiana, David Markley (Rebecca) of White Lake, Michigan and Margaret Elisabeth Branch (Dan) of North Canton, Ohio.. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews.
