She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Cutlip and Thelma Cutlip (Dickinson); her husband Robert Penland Jr.; and her brothers, David Cutlip (Karen) and Earl Cutlip.
She is survived by: her children, Christy (Roy McMillan), Tracey Daugherty (Eric), Kerry Lewis (Mike), Wendy Sanders (Don) and Judd Penland; and her sister Sarah Bosio (Joe). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
