He is survived by: his children, Lucinda Trussel, Connie Weidig (Don), Michael Diehl, Susan Baer (Tom) and Daniel Diehl; his grandchildren, James, David, Seth, Molly, Nicholas and Lauren; and his close friend Carol Burger.
