Though Jacob may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jacob touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert Seemann and Bill Hilaman. He is survived by: his parents, Wendy Seemann and David Seemann; his sister Julie Seemann; his grandmothers, Pat Seemann and Lois Chester; and his uncles, Jeff Seemann (Lisa), Roger Hilaman (Terrianne) and John Hilaman (Beth).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel (705 Raff Rd SW, Canton, OH 44710).
