She was predeceased by: her parents, William Price and Helen Price (Bartel); her husband Michael Sr.; her son Michael Jr.; her brother Edward Price; and her niece Margaret Shimko.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Britton (Bob), Vernon Shimko (Jean), Kenneth Shimko (Tammy), James Shimko, Daniel Shimko (Brenda), Thomas Shimko (Teresa), David Shimko (Lynn) and Robert Shimko; and her sister Helen Kostenjak. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
