He is survived by: his wife Margie Booth (Crum); his children, Stephanie Copley (Kyle) of Canton and Joshua Horn (Meya) of Charleston, SC; his siblings, Jeanette Burke (Michael) of Louisa, KY, Sarah Booth of Louisa, KY and Shelvie Booth Jr. (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Charlie, Chase, Jacob, Trenton and Lillian. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; family members; and friends.
