It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brian Cartwright of Canton, Ohio, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his girlfriend Penny Tomlinson of Canton; his children, Jim Cartwright and Makayla Cartwright (Georgia) of Cairo; his parents, Paul Cartwright and Debbie Cartwright of Belleville, MI; his siblings, Amy Mitek (Brian) of Ortonville, MI and Kiel Cartwright (Ashley) of Belleville, MI; his siblings' children, Skyler, Dakota, Easton, John and Kaiden; his close friends, Jason Denison and Frank Juliano, Jr.; and his pets, Cadbury, Athena and Lucy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
