He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Fielder (Eddie), Margaret Good Mesler (Tom) of Carrollton, OH, Janet Springer (George) of Canton, OH and Sarah Makowski of Canton, OH; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Dodden (Zach), Arianne Fielder, Mitchell Springer, Samantha Springer, Alex Springer, Sydney Ellington (Ben), Dakota Makowski (Rhandi), Dallas Makowski (Ashley) and Courteney Breedlove (Seth). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Canton Baptist Temple in James's memory.
