He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Ronald Howard. He is survived by: his wife Delana K. Vandevort; his children, Leah Howard, Juliann Jones (Cory) and Aaron Howard; his grandchildren, Emma, Waylon, Alanah and Gabrielle; and his siblings, Harvey Howard (Anita), Mark "Eddie" Howard (Joan), Rhonda Casto (David Self) and Raynetta "Joy" Weigand (George).
