He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillip and Muriel Maudest Boord (Elliott); his grandparents, Lester, Cora Ann Boord (Arvin), Cager and Rissie Elliott (Barnette); and his parents-in-law, Bruce Harlan and Lucille Harlan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Patricia "Pat" Boord (Harlan); his children, Larry Bruce Jones-Boord (Cathy), David James Boord (Sue), Joyce Lynn Oliphant (David) and Susan Kay Johnson (Steve Wilson); his grandchildren, Christopher Cumbie (Lauren), Bryan Johnson, Amanda Johnson, Danielle Yager (John) and David Stabler; his great grandchildren, Cooper Yager, Audabelle Stabler, Cayde Yager, Dylan Cumbie and Emory Cumbie; his siblings, Joyce Werstler (Bob), Carol Meadows (Bill) and Larry K Boord (Deb); and his close friend Gary Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
