He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maloy and Harriet Maloy; and his wife Caroline Maloy. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Maloy, Tammy Rogers (Greg), James G. "Jay" Maloy (late Linda), Tricia Pottinger (Brian), Daniel Maloy (Cyndi) and Carrie Klein (Garrett); his grandchildren, Olivia Eubanks (Zach), Reuben Greene (Hailey), Gabrielle Greene, Nick Maloy (Kaitlin), Nicolette Maloy, Taylor McCoy (Drew), Tessa Pottinger, Daniel Maloy (Rachel), Heather Myers (Alec), Kristina Reinhard (Nate), Patrick Maloy, Harrison Weatherbee, Jordan Klein and Emma Weatherbee; his sister Debbie Weigand (Fred); his niece Julie Hoke (Brandon); and the mother of his children Patricia Maloy. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
