He was predeceased by: his father James A. Smith. He is survived by: his sister Karen; his brother-in-law David Schweitzer; his nephews, Eric, Ryan and Shannon Schweitzer (Andi); and his friends, Chris, Pam, Brian and Jeff. He is also survived by two great nephews and two great nieces as well as many other relatives and friends.
