He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Martin and Celia Martin (Lombardi); and his mother-in-law Rose Ujcich. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Martin (Ujcich); his daughter Madison Martin; his sister Michelle Martin; his father-in-law Frank Ujcich; and his sister-in-law Marla Ujcich (Brothers).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jim's honor to the American Cancer Society or Lifebanc.
