She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Guy and Gertrude Sferra Guy; her brothers, George and Robert Guy; and her close friend Dale Johnstone.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Kelley (Jesse Boarts) of Girard; her sisters, Sandy Guy Armes of Youngstown and Diane Guy Benedis (Daniel) of Youngstown; and her former husband William Kelley of Youngstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and many extended family.
