She was predeceased by: her son Jared Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Brianna Long; her parents, Wayne Collingwood and Rosalee Phillips; her grandmother Linda Keagy; and her siblings, Rachel Underwood (Thomas), Crystal Collingwood, Joe Niner, Robyn Russell (Jim) and Shari Rodgers (John). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for Brianna. A donation box will be set up during the service.
