He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen and Margorie Esther Hartline (Berry). He is survived by: his brother David Hartline; his wife Tabitha A. Hartline (Greenlief); his children, Mercedes Mechan, Cheyanne West (David), Savannah Hartline, Jolene Hartline (Wyatt), Jade Hartline, Jason Hartline Jr. (Jossie) and Brandin Hartline; and his siblings, Tammy Harmon and Leroy Hartline. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
