She was predeceased by: her parents, James V. Serra and Mary Serra (Ferruccio). She is survived by: her husband David F. Freitag II; her brothers, James V. Serra II and Eric; and her sister-in-law Jennie Freitag (Robison). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
