Webb; his wife Carol Webb; his children, Thomas Webb (Jennifer), Brian Webb (Olivia), Kevin Webb and Kathleen Harpster (Wesley); his grandchildren, Madison, Conor, Rory, Ellie, Camden and Paige; and his siblings, Richard Kelly Webb, Deborah Hearn and Rebecca Hartenstein (Robert).
