He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Blankenship and Georgiana Blankenship (Wheeler); his nephews, Jesse and Eric Blankenship; and his brother Fred Blankenship.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy Blankenship (Keane); and his stepchildren, Lindsey Brooke, Amber Love (Dean) and Scott Hines (Amy).
