She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur B. and Anna L. (Wurzbacher); her former husband E. J. "Bud" Mulcahey; and her husband David Adams. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Mulcahey (Becky), David Mulcahey (Sherry) and Jeannie Jacobs (Chuck). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
