She was predeceased by: her parents, George Everhart and Mildred Everhart (Neiferd); her husband James P. Foraker; her son Jeffrey Lane Foraker; and her brothers, Daniel, Gene Everhart and Edwin Everhart.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ann Gadberry (James) of Missouri, Jamie Sue Lawver of Port Washington and Angela J. Hammontree of Canton; her grandchildren, Dawn Edwards, Brock Harper, Colt Tufford, Ashton Tufford, Jory Stull, Shane Ridgway, Madison Ridgway and Mary Faith Hammontree; and her siblings, James Everhart (Kathy), George Everhart (Kathy) and Kathy Everhart-Mizer. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.
