In loving memory of Joann Brown of Canton, Ohio, who departed this world on October 18, 2025 at the age of 72. Joann leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Baxter and Ruby Baxter (Turkovich); and her siblings, Donald Baxter, Robert Baxter and Nancy Murray.
She is survived by: her husband Merle "James" Brown; her daughters, Jamie Sheridan, Janell Brookes and Jaclyn Garrison (Jim); and her grandchildren, Ian (Libby), Riley, Ryan, Dillon, Spencer, Emily and Samantha. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home - Canton (1517 Market Ave N, Canton, OH 44714). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Hospice.
