She was predeceased by: her father Wayne West; and her brother Thomas West. She is survived by: her husband Kelly Levert; her mother Nettie Mae West; her children, Todd Otis, Jonetta Otis, Charise Otis and Chrystal Otis; and her sister Jeannette West-Strother of Texas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
