It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Mumpower Jr. of Canton, Ohio, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Joe Mumpower; his wife Nancy Mumpower; and his siblings, Kathleen Quales, Dot Chapman, Helen Smith, Howard, Bobby, Billy and Jesse.

He is survived by : his siblings, Peggy Smith, Susan Worley, Katie Allen and Eddy Mumpower. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Ballad Hospice House (280 Steeles Road Bristol, TN 37620).
