He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Snuggs; his parents, Robert Snuggs and Winifred Snuggs; and his siblings, Bob Snuggs and Nancy Bartchy.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Bowling (Mark) and Amy Clapsaddle (Ken); and his grandchildren, Cameron Bowling, Lauren Clapsaddle and Madi Bowling (Kai).
