With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Kalengis of Canton, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Athanasios Kallentzis and Yalene Kallentzis (Orfanides); and his brother Stavros Kalengis. He is survived by: his wife Evniki "Nikki" Kalengis (Hionides); his children, Yalene Kalengis of Houston, TX, Lorenzo Del Carlo of Houston, TX and Thano Kalengis of Houston, TX; his sister Katia Megkou (Droso); and his nieces, Rosa Megkou (Akis) of Greece, Yalene Kalengis (Aris) of Greece, Fofo Kalengis (Manos) of Greece and Maria Kalengis (Vasili) of Greece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, in John's name, may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Whipple Heights Alliance Church or your favorite charity.
