He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Marie Lee (Grimes); and his foster parents, Carl Oldfield and Darlene Oldfield. He is survived by: his sons, Chase R. Butler and Shawn M. Lee; and his grandchildren, Riverlyn G Butler and Cashton R Butler. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home (2257 Mahoning Rd NE, Canton, OH 44705). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 9:00 PM at the same location.
