He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Poloschan and Joseph Poloschan; his son John D. Poloschan Jr.; and his brother Joseph Poloschan (Bonnie). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Shelly Baker (Todd) and Kelly Crowell (Jim); his grandchildren, Dannielle Lerario, Crystal Eaglowski (Louie), Justin Poloschan and Brazun Poloschan; and his brother Mark Poloschan (Grace). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
